Mark Warschauer, Associate Professor in the Dept of Education and the Dept of Informatics at UC, Irvine., and Associate Director for Research of the Ada Byron Research Center for Diversity in Computing & IT, gave a talk titled “Laptops and Literacy: Can One-to-One Computing Programs Transform How Children Learn?”
