Jonathan P. Allen is Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the School of Business and Management in the University of San Francisco. His research examines the organizational and social consequences of information technology, including the value conflicts and social choices embedded in particular information technologies, change in socio-technical systems, the evolution of emerging IT, and helping general managers make better IT choices in the context of larger organizational systems. Dr. Allen holds a Ph.D. in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
